Dirk Maritz is a dynamic, enthusiastic, visionary leader and change agent on a new mission to grow Creo-Tech Industrial Group into a world-class Engineered Solutions provider. His goal is to repeatedly produce sustained revenue and EBITA growth in dynamic and changing markets. Dirk is globally savvy and culturally aware with an excellent reputation of developing inventive business, operational strategies and client focused solutions that grow profitability and operational excellence. He flourishes in complex multi-industry, multi-territory and multi-site environments, and has proven capital markets and financing abilities – securing capital to fund growth.

Brittany Ray-Wilks leads Creō-Tech in operational excellence through Organizational Development, Investor Relations, Strategic Marketing Initiatives, IT, Commercial and Legal Activities.
A strategic and innovative, multi-talented Executive, Brittany is passionate about people, organizational design and development. She is an excellent strategist who translates business vision into operational and HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. She is an empowering leader who supports her teams and top executives with a unique perspective and appreciation that human capital is every organization’s greatest asset. A true multi-functional leader, she has significant insight into markets and operations, systems and processes, legal and regulatory requirements, and how this impacts our people and organizations.
Dawn Wattie is a business lawyer who brings strategic thinking and creative problem-solving to all of her engagements. She enables Creō-Tech to effectively use innovative technology to achieve business objectives and believes innovation has the ability to drive business growth and success.
Dawn has garnered a B.A. Arts in Victoria, an LLB in Windsor, and is a Qualified Arbitrator. She is very effective at connecting and communicating with clients and the Creo team, helping explain and manage complex matters in a clear, concise, and approachable manner. She has also recently integrated mediation and dispute resolution into her service offering, helping add a new lens with which to assess and guide decision making related to client business issues.
Dawn Wattie has worked with hundreds of start-ups and mature private companies, assisting them in the commercialization of innovative products and services while providing solutions to complex commercial problems. She has successfully taken three private companies through the process of going public including assisting in the closing of financing and/or mergers and acquisitions.
Personally, Dawn is passionate about findings ways to save our planet and improve the lives of individuals in developing countries – and is a life-long fan of sports, both as player and spectator.
Dave de Ste Croix grew up in Prince George, British Columbia, and received his Diploma of Mechanical Design Technology from BCIT. He built Silhouette Enclosures into the bustling fabrication and enclosure business that it is today with his previous business partners, and in 2021 sold the company to Creō-Tech and stayed on board to help his team transition and help the Creō-Tech family grow.
Dave is a fun-loving and active outdoorsman with an analytical mind who excels at organizing the teams he manages within Creō-Tech. When he’s not working, Dave enjoys playing and watching hockey, cycling, hiking, fishing, hunting and travelling.
Dianne Sing brings over eight years of experience in corporate financial environment to Creō-Tech. She works effectively under pressure with both clients and colleagues and adapts well to changing organizational needs.
Dianne has completed her Bachelor of Business Administration and plans to complete her CPA soon. She is multilingual, with proficiency in English, Tagalog, Japanese, Fookien and basic knowledge of Mandarin.
A runner and cyclist, Dianne has run a full marathon and plans to finish a Grand Fondo and a triathlon.
Stephane Allard is a dynamic and fluently bilingual Engineer with extensive experience in managing Sales and Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, Quality Control, Maintenance and Engineering for small-to-medium-sized businesses as well as for major companies in the Industrial, Aeronautics, High technology, Distribution and Service sectors.
He has strong leadership abilities and is an agent of change for driving efficiency improvement, and has an entrepreneurial approach to life and business.
Stephane grew up in Quebec, but now lives in beautiful Langely, BC. He has a diverse educational background, having studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at The Royal Military College in Kingston, Ontario, and got his Aerospace Engineering Specialization from the School of Aerospace and Ordonnance Engineering in Ontario. He received his Director of Maintenance Certification (Aerospace) from Transport Canada, and Financial Specializaion from McGill University and Queens University.
When he’s not busy coaching and mentoring the various teams within the Creo family of companies, Stephane enjoys fishing, painting and entertaining. One day he would love to have a little house in the south of France.
Lisa Charbonneau is an accomplished HR leader known for her expertise in talent management, coaching, organizational development, compliance management and employee engagement.
Lisa started her career in IT where she developed a strong understanding of technology and its impact on the workforce. Her adventures in Human Resources started in 2010 when she realized the most rewarding part of her day was empowering others with the knowledge and skills to be successful in their careers. As a Certified Human Resources Professional with a Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation, she is experienced in developing and launching initiatives such as inclusion programs, mentorship programs, HCM solutions, and learning management systems to improve employee development and engagement.
Lisa’s energy, enthusiasm and passion for equity combined with her analytical, solutions-focused mindset make her a key contributor to the Creo Executive team.
